Biography
Honorato Cabual Torres is a resident of Palaslan, Tayasan, Negros Oriental. He was a graduate of Juris Doctor at Foundation University, Dumaguete City. He was a passer of Police Inspector Examination. He was a retired non-commission officer of the Philippine National Police with the rank of SPO4 and was promoted to Police Inspector upon retirement. He served in the police service for 26 years and 5 months. After his retirement from the police service, he was elected as Sanguniang Bayan member of Tayasan, Negros Oriental and served for 3 years. He was employed and served as part-time at the NORSU, Guihulngan Campus for 6 years. He is a soft spoken, hard working man and sincere to whatever responsibilities tasked to him.
