Biography

Rutchelo D. Florencio is a dynamic educator who believes that learning does not only take place within the four walls of the classroom. He himself has been an active member of various groups namely: Epiphany Choir UCCP Tayasan, Anak Pawis Dance Troupe, DepEd Dance Troupe and Ayungon Sayawit. He also coaches badminton for Ayungon District. He thinks activities outdoors can be a good venue for lifelong learning. He currently holds a CAR (Completed Academic Requirement) leading to Master of Arts in Educational Management. He finished his Bachelor in Elementary Education w/ MAPEH as an area of concentration in Foundation University. He joined Negros College Inc. as part time MAPEH Instructor in 2015 up to the present. Rutchelo is also a family-oriented man to his wife, Justin and children, Matt Justin and Chestine.
