Biography

Engr. Titian R. Lavador was born in Cebu City, he is married to Lilybelle D. Lavador and has one child. He finished his Elementary Education at Silliman University Elementary School. High School at Dumaguete Science High School. College at University of St. La Salle, Bacolod City.

Presently he is working as the Field Engineer at Equitable Computer Services for eleven years specializing in the point of sales of different establishments. He is also the head teacher, program director of Oval Review Center which caters the review for future teachers.
