Biography

Justin Gabutero Florencio is a soft-spoken yet very dedicated educator. She received her psychology degree in Silliman University. She then started her job as a Psychology teacher in Negros College in June 2003. She devoted her time to teaching and helping students achieve their goals, both academic and personal. After taking up Human Resource Management in Southwestern University, Cebu City, she began working as an HR officer in 2012. In April 2019, she became a member of the Board of Trustees of Negros College, Inc. When she is not at work, she is busy at home with her wonderful husband, Rutchelo D. Florencio and two lovely kids, Matt Justin and Chestine , who take up most of her free time. For her, proper time management is the key towards achieving work-life balance.
