Biography
Although she was born in Cebu City, Maria Soledad Mercado chose to continue her career at Negros College. She finished her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Foundation University in 1995. She completed her CPA accreditation at Negros College and is also currently a permanent member at Ayungon National High School‘s Department of Education .
