Biography
Rey F. Bacong was born and raised in Jimalalud, Negros Oriental. Between 2014 and 2015, he was the Vice Governor of NORSU-G’s College of Criminal Justice Education. He obtained his Certificate in Professional Education (CPE) from Saint Francis College in Guihulngan City and is also a Registered Criminologist and a Licensed Professional Teacher.
