Biography

While having the belief of Education as an investment in knowledge that pays the best interest, Mrs. Hazel Elum Argoncillo strived hard to achieve success. A former elementary valedictorian, a consistent honor student, a full time academic scholar and a presidential honor college awardee, she finished her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at Foundation University. After she passed the Professional Board Examination for Teachers, she was hired as Elementary Grade Teacher 1 by DECS in Anibong Elementary School, Ayungon District and later on transferred to Ayungon Central School. With her knowledge and expertise, she successfully passed the National Examination for Principals and became the school principal of Ayungon Central School. She was then promoted to Public Schools District Supervisor in Bindoy, District 1. Two years later, she was transferred to Manjuyod District one for five years. At present, she is now assigned in Ayungon District 2 in her own hometown. Negros College, Inc. is proud and honored to have Mrs. Hazel Elum Argoncillo as one of the college instructors.
