This program seeks to “promote civic consciousness among the youth” and develop “their physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual, and social well-being.” It also inculcates in the youth “patriotism, nationalism, and advance their involvement in public and civic affairs”. In this Course, students will be trained in their leadership education and training.
