The Negros College Canteen was created in 2011 as a place on campus to meet a friend for coffee, grab a quick bite to eat, or just simply mingle. It has since expanded to provide full lunch and dinner menus to its patrons. Some of the dishes that have been served here include: Chicken Hamonado, Ginataang Gulay, Ginisang Gulay, Pakbet, and Paksiw na Isda.
We embrace a sustainable approach to food service. Our products are locally sourced, fresh, natural and organic, whenever possible.
For those who use the Canteen regularly, the food purchased can make a significant contribution to their daily recommended intake and nutrition. For those who bring in their own packed meals, they are free to use the tables and benches provided.
