Things to Know First
Before looking for the course or program that interests you, you will need:

Contact information of the Admissions Office. Our Admissions staff are dedicated to helping incoming students navigate the admissions process.

Contact information of a student adviser or counselor who could help you decide on what course or program to pursue. Typically, you will be directed to one of our Deans to discuss your options at NC.

Non-refundable P100.00 application fee. Students who are unable to pay the application fee can request a waiver fee.

Admission Requirements
- Form 138 – SHS report card
- Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the principal of school last attended
- An official copy of birth certificate, PSA authenticated
- NCI Entrance Test result
- NCI English Qualifying Test result
- Two (2) pieces 2” x 2” colored ID pictures
- For those who graduated With High Honors or With Highest Honors, a “Certification of Honors Received” signed by the SHS Principal
- Two (2) long-size brown envelopes
- Two (2) window letter envelope with postage stamps
- Certificate of Rating (for ALS Graduate)
Continuing students are students who are enrolled at Negros College for at least two (2) semesters, including the semester or term just ended.
Returning students are students who started college work at Negros College and did not continue to enroll in the following semesters or years but did not enroll in other schools/universities and are now seeking re-admission.
For Continuing and Returning students, there are no additional requirements to enroll. All you need to do is wait for the scheduled enrollment date posted on this website or on the Negros College Facebook page.
- Honorable Dismissal
- Transcript of Records, evaluation copy
- Birth Certificate, PSA authenticated
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from school last attended
- Two (2) pieces 2” x 2” colored ID pictures
- Two (2) long-size brown envelopes
- Permit to Study from CHED
- Letter of Intent to Study at Negros College Inc. indicating the program of choice addressed to the NCI Registrar
- Student’s Transcript of Records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student-applicant’s country of origin
- Student Visa or Letter of Approval from the Department of Foreign Affairs for the conversion to Student Visa
- Photocopy of the following documents:
- Passport page where the point of entry stamp is indicated
- Passport page where the personal information is indicated
- Two 2” x 2” colored photograph taken not more than six months prior to submission of requirements
- Local address, local contact number, sketch of local residence, name of guardian and other reference persons
- Two long-size brown envelopes
