Negros College Sponsored Scholarships and Grants

Academic Scholarship

  • Open to all academically deserving students
  • Requires GPA of at least 90%
  • Covers tuition fee only

These are for students who excel academically. It is open to students/graduates of any public/private schools in the Philippines. The scholarship amount is a discount on tuition fees only, as follows:

Honors Discount Requirements
With Highest Honors 100% GPA of 93% and above, with no grade below 85% in any one subject
With High Honors 50% GPA of at least 92%, with no grade below 85% in any one subject
With Honors 25% GPA of at least 90%, with no grade below 85% in any one subject

Students do not have to apply for this. The Registrar, in coordination with the Dean, will evaluate the students’ records and recommend the discount to the School President for approval.

For as long as the students maintain their GPA every semester, they can avail of this scholarship until they graduate.

Sibling Discount

  • For a minimum of 3 siblings enrolled in the same school year
  • Covers tuition fee only

3 The sibling enrolled in the lowest year level will get 50% discount on tuition fees
4+ The sibling enrolled in the lowest year level will get free tuition

Working Scholars

  • Open to financially challenged students
  • Covers tuition fee only

Scholars of Negros College Employees

  • For one (1) sponsored student by an employee of Negros college
  • Covers partial tuition fee

The amount of scholarship is a discount on tuition fees only, limited to one (1) scholar per employee.

Employee Type Discount
Full-time employee Scholar will receive 50% discount on tuition fees
Part-time employee with at least 10 years of service at Negros College Scholar will receive 50% discount on tuition fees
Part-time employee with at least 5 years of service at Negros College Scholar will receive 25% discount on tuition fees

Scholars of the Student Supreme Government or SSG of NC

  • Aid fixed at P1,000 each per year
  • Available to NANCI choir members, KANAAS Dance Troupe member, NANCI band member, current elected SSG President, and current elected SSG Vice President
