Welding and Fabrication Technology
This degree is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and aptitudes of its students in the principles of welding so that they themselves may confidently impart this same information to future students of their own. It covers competencies such as equipment setup, material preparation, weld fittings, and the techniques of welding different types of metals using SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW and SAW, all in accordance with industry standards.
Food Service Management
A degree in food service management covers the day-to-day operations of restaurants and related establishments that serve foods and beverages. This program could benefit those who wish to prepare for a career in restaurants, food service facilities or food distribution services.
Computer Hardware Servicing
This program trains students in repairing computer hardware components and troubleshooting common problems. Core courses will also familiarize students with the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software in a variety of formats.
