Biography
Myrna Elsie S. Ibero was born in Tanjay, Negros Oriental. She was raised in Lutay, Taysan, Negros Oriental. She graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at Foundation University in 1968. She pursued her graduate studies at Silliman University, Foundation University, East Negros College and Cebu Technological University. She graduated from the degree of Doctor of Development Education in November 12, 2017.
She was appointed as Public School Division Supervisor on July 01, 2005. She retired from the service on November 30, 2011. She is now working as Part-time Instructor at Negros College Inc.
