Biography

Ralph Emperado Germudo obtained a degree in Bachelor in Secondary Education, major in English, With University Honor awards, at Foundation University, Dumaguete City, last March 2001. He earned his Master of Arts degree, major in English still at Foundation University, Dumaguete City, last October 2013.

He has written his thesis “Perceived Extent of Effectiveness of the Mother-Tongue Based Instruction in Relation to the Academic Performance of the Grade One Pupils.” He has also authored the Work Immersion Module for public senior high school students of Bread and Pastry Production.

His teaching experience includes a Non-Formal Education teacher assigned at Inacban, Ayungon, Negros Oriental under the Association for the Welfare of Filipino Children, Incorporated – International Labor Organization, International Prevention for the Elimination of Child Labor (October 2002-January 2003).

He was hired by Negros Academy, Inc. as high school teacher from February 2003 to May 2007. He has handled various English and Literature subjects while working as flexible, part time instructor in Negros College, Inc.

Aside from his professional work, he is also a well-known person in the fields of culture and the arts. He is stage production designer, a dancer and a choreographer of various dance genres. He is a lifetime member of Professional Dance Teacher Association of the Philippines.
