Biography
Jean G. Fabugais was born in La Libertad, Negros Oriental and married to Dacon G. Fabugais of Poblacion, Tayasan, Negros Oriental. She graduated at Negros Oriental State University, Guihulngan Campus for her Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education in 2002. She also finished her Masters’ Degree in Education Major in English Language Teaching at University of Southern Philippines, Cebu last October 2017 and currently finishing her Doctoral degree at the same school. At present, she is a Senior High School Teacher of Ayungon National High School, Ayungon District 1.
