Biography
Right after taking the CPA board exams, she became part of the very first batch of six (6) hired by Sycip, Gorres & Velayo to work under a new department – Electronic Data Processing which is now called Management Services. While in the Philippines, she has worked in different companies and occupying various capacities as an Accountant of a hospitality company (owner of motels and hotels), a government-owned bank as Budget and Financial Planning Manager of a textile company and as a President of an agribusiness company.
In Chicago, Illinois she managed the accounting department of a thrift bank and later moved to a commercial bank as the VP-Controller. In 2012, she joined the academe as faculty and as CFO of Negros College, a community college located in Ayungon, Negros Oriental. From April 2014 to date, she is the President & COO of Negros College.
