Biography
Mrs. Shella Francisco Arcala was a Cum Laude graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education major in General Education in 2010 and completed her academic requirements leading to the degree in Master of Arts in Educational Management at NORSU Main Campus. Right now, she is a full time teacher in the Department of Education and a part-time instructor at Negros College, Inc. She is truly an inspiration to all Ayunganon and to everyone who has the heart to teach.
