It contains lessons about providing room service as well as receiving and handling guest concerns. This will help you understand and value the need of learning the different skills in providing room service.  You will be able demonstrate the knowledge and skills in food and beverage service for the rooms and other related activities with appreciation and accuracy and practice skills in responding to customer’s needs in terms of taking down correct menus,  and special food preparations as requested.
